Our day is constantly about: seeing patients on time, taking time to make sure our patients understand everything they need to know about their appointments, their treatment, and any costs associated with it. We work hard to find the ideal time for each patient, to schedule & reserve that desired time for our patients and contacting the patient to remind them of the appointment time. Our clinical team spends vast amounts of time preparing operatories and instruments for the proper care and comfort of our patients.
We know time is valuable to our patients. With a combination of work, school, children and social activities where does one find time to take care of themselves. We appreciate how complex and busy our patients lives are and that is precisely why we work so hard to reserve times that work best for you. We understand that at times you may have unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from attending your reserved appointment time, however, this creates a huge challenge for us in ensuring that the times you want are available when you need them.
When we reserve a time for your treatment, that time is for YOU. If for some reason you do not attend that appointment, or we receive a short notification of your inability to attend, it means that someone else who needs care may need to wait longer than necessary.
